A student of Public Health at West Virginia University, she’s taking a chance on discovering who she is by contributing to Life After Cappuccinos. With a curious mind and a realistic edge, Sophia is excited to embrace the unexpected—balancing new college experiences with meaningful collaboration alongside her family.

Ophelia adds laughter, curiosity, and a little wild magic to everything she touches.

Delilah is the baby of the bunch and the sweetest two-year-old with a voice already finding its power. With an evolving personality and big things ahead, she’s quickly making her presence known. Having officially stolen the title of “pasta lover” from her mom, Delilah is patiently awaiting the chance to try pasta from around the world as she grows into her role within Life After Cappuccinos.
