Life After Cappuccinos is a digital media and lifestyle brand that will produce family, food, travel, and lifestyle content across different platforms like its online publication, podcasting, social media, and events.
Life After Cappuccinos will focus on a wide variety of storytelling content that includes a mix of stories, recipes, travel, health, and personal interests to inspire, inform, entertain, and captivate audiences rather than directly selling any products or services. We want every one to feel as if you’re part of the FAM and experience the journey together.

While balancing her everyday day job, she believes there’s more waiting on the other side of real commitment. As part of Life After Cappuccinos, she’s open to being shown that anything is possible when you fully lean in. With the impossible still pending, Madeline rides shotgun—helping build something meaningful behind the scenes, rooted in what matters most to her: family.

Ophelia is the one of the littlest members of The Family Grit, bringing big fun and an even bigger point of view at just 4 years old. With a heart of gold, sass to match, and a fearlessness that’s hard to keep up with, she reminds everyone that joy, honesty, and confidence don’t need to be learned—they’re natural. Ophelia adds laughter, curiosity, and a little wild magic to everything she touches.

Delilah is the baby of the bunch and the sweetest two-year-old with a voice already finding its power. With an evolving personality and big things ahead, she’s quickly making her presence known. Having officially stolen the title of “pasta lover” from her mom, Delilah is patiently awaiting the chance to try pasta from around the world as she grows into her role within Life After Cappuccinos.

On September 26, 2025, I made the commitment to pursue bigger things for the future to prove that anything is possible to anyone with a passion or a dream. Especially to the ones that I value most, my daughters. In addition, I have a beautiful partner in life who is also an amazing mother by my side. She gets to keep me in-touch with reality which is sometimes needed. In the same way, I can show her that dreams coming true are possible and there are other paths to be traveled.
With the perfect foundation in place, it’s time to build a company where we all come together. Celebrate one another. Explore the endless possibilities. Share the beauty of what life has to offer. And we do it all together with family at the center of it.
Plus, we'll find some cool people along the way to join our journey.
My Mom!
"...I have always said that I would never want another mother... you did good... I know we've had our differences but who hasn't... I love you and appreciate you more than you will ever know or even understand...we all do even if it isn't said enough... I just want you to know that you and I are good... I love you."
Those were some of the last words that I ever got to say to my Mom before we lost her way to soon to cancer.
I dedicate this to you. I promise to keep the girls close.
Until we get the chance to catch-up again.
